- How does per-seat pricing work?
- You pay for every active member of your workspace. Guests and read-only viewers are free. Seats are billed monthly or annually, with a bulk discount that activates automatically at three or more seats.
- What counts as an agent action?
- Anything an MCP client does on your behalf inside Spatio: creating a note, editing a sheet, sending a draft, scheduling an event. Reads are unmetered. The Max plan removes the daily action cap entirely.
- Do I have to use the agent built into Spatio Desktop?
- No. Spatio is agent-agnostic. Bring your own MCP client (Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, Goose) or use the one bundled with Spatio Desktop. Your team uses the same workspace either way.
- Can I switch plans or cancel anytime?
- Yes. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel from the workspace settings. Annual plans can switch tiers immediately with prorated billing.
- Is there a free trial of paid plans?
- Pro and Max include a 14-day free trial. No credit card required to start.
- Do you offer discounts for non-profits or education?
